The terms "Trend Clone," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Memory Lab Inc., a Delaware corporation dedicated to building technology that generates AI-powered viral videos. The term "you" refers to the individual using the Services.

1. OUR MISSION & SERVICES

At Trend Clone, our mission is to provide a platform where anyone can create their own AI-powered viral videos from any links on other social videos or just by choosing any videos from our motion library. Through Trend Clone, users can choose a video from the library or via their own url, add their photos and generate the same videos, but already with their own visuals inside. Users can download the videos or share them via personal links.

1.1 Key Features

• Motion Library
  A place where we collect all trending videos, so users can choose them to regenerate videos based on their materials and prompts.
• Adding videos
  Via a url link to any social videos (from Instagram, Tiktok, X, Youtube and others), by filming their own video or choosing from a gallery on the user's phone.
• Adding photos
  Users can upload their own photos to recreate the original video.
• Motion prompts
  Users can use the default prompts of the videos or write their own prompts.
• Pro model
  Users can adjust the quality of generated videos by using standard or premium models.
• Picture-in-picture
  Users can overlay their generated videos with original video fragmented in the corner.

2. MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNTS

2.1 Creating an Account

To access Trend Clone, users must create an account by providing accurate and current information during the registration process. Your account credentials must remain confidential, and you are solely responsible for any activities conducted under your account.

By registering, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@trendclone.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your account details are always up to date.

2.2 Membership Tiers

Trend Clone offers a system of tokens to generate videos:

• 20 credits for free:
  Ability to generate videos by using free credits after registration.
• Additional paid credits:
  Ability to buy more credits. Prices are based on the user's location and discounts.

Subscription terms, pricing, and payment details are outlined on our Website and within the Apps.

3. DATA COLLECTION

3.1 How We Collect Data

Trend Clone collects personal data:

• Photos: That users uploaded in the app.
• Videos: That users generated via app.

All collected data is securely stored.

3.2 Data Security

Your privacy is our top priority. Trend Clone employs advanced encryption protocols and data protection measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your information.

4. CONTENT CONTRIBUTION & COMMUNITY COLLABORATION

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

5.1 By the User

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account is irreversible and will permanently erase all associated data, including your photos and videos.

5.2 By Trend Clone

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Termination by Trend Clone may occur without prior notice in cases of severe violations.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trend Clone and its associated content, including software, features, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any aspect of the platform without express written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Trend Clone the necessary rights to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Trend Clone is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to offer the best experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Memory Lab Inc. is not responsible for:

• Loss of data resulting from unauthorized access.
• Errors caused by third-party platforms or services.

Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the six months preceding the claim.

7.2 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Memory Lab Inc., its officers, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
