Account & Data Deletion

This page applies to Trend Clone, developed and operated by Memory Lab Inc.

You can request deletion of your Trend Clone account and associated personal data using the steps below.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Option A (recommended): Delete directly in the app

Open Trend Clone and go to your profile/account screen, then tap Delete account.

This action permanently deletes your account and associated content, including uploaded photos and generated videos.

Option B: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from your account email address to: support@trendclone.app

Please include:

• Your account email address
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request

2. Data Deletion Scope and Retention

• Deleted: Account profile data, uploaded photos, generated videos, and related account metadata connected to your profile.
• Kept (when required): Minimal records needed to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud/abuse, process disputes, or enforce our terms.
• Additional retention period: Backup copies may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days before permanent removal.

3. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly. In some cases, it may take additional time if legal or operational checks are required.
